Okay, so I am not very good at losing weight, but not everyone is. I try really hard, and as you can see from my posts over the past year or so, I live a very active lifestyle. But, I find that blogging helps me to stay motivated and focused on goals. So, I am going to try various weight loss regimens and routines and see what works to see if I can lose 30 lbs by Christmas. I have a strong motivating factor, one of my best friends and future sister in law asked me to be her matron of honor at her wedding next June. I would like to look nice for the photos. Plus, I think dropping a few lbs would probably help me be faster, which is what I really want. So my goal is to check in every week with how its going and post periodic pictures. Hopefully I will have success!
Week 1 7/21: Starting Weight (rather not say...sorry :-( But I will do the +/- lbs every week)
Week 4 8/14: 2 weeks of working almost 50 hours plus a trip to Vegas and I am +5. Back on track and vowing to give up sugar, cooking healthier and I am back into a reasonable fitness routine. Check out my recipes for some of my latest healthy creations!
